I first learned about chocolate transfer prints for cup cake toppings from a magazine I bought in an airport lounge.  Various chocolates, shapes and transfers were trialled on cupcakes, but customers wanted to purchase them as chocolates rather than decorative toppings.

As their popularity increased, we sourced good quality Belgian chocolate and learned about the art of tempering. 

Now skilled in the chocolate tempering process, we are continuing to learn/explore and find new flavours and are increasing sales of Felicity's Chocolate generally and chocolate gifts throughout Aberdeenshire and beyond.
